Convocation
- Students attending the convocation must indicate the same in the form and pay the stipulated convocation and degree fee of Rs. 2500/- .
- The student must not have any dues towards the University and are required to obtain a no-dues certificate from the concerned Department, Library, and the Accounts Office. (DOWNLOAD NO-DUES FORM)
- The receipt of the convocation and degree fee, along with the no-dues certificate must be attached with the registration form.
- Those students who are unable to come to the University, may fill an online form :ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM)
- Attach the convocation registration form, along with all requisite documents and fee receipts
- Note: If no-dues certificate is not issued for online applicants, degree cannot be conferred and the undersigned will not be responsible

Chhatrapati Shivaji maharaj University is conducting its second convocation ceremony in the first/second week of April 2024 to confer degrees to the students who have successfully completed their respective programmes.
