Functions of the CSMU Cultural Committee:

1. The Cultural Committee shall prepare and display an annual program calendar, approved by the competent authority.
2. The Committee members shall actively recruit student member and elect enthusiastic student members in-charge for various different cultural activities. The lists of student members with contact details shall be displayed in all Departments.
3. The committee shall meet at least once in a month to plan and execute the scheduled activities.
4. The committee shall propose requirement and budget to the University well in advance of the scheduled activity.
5. The committee shall display and circulate the detail of upcoming programs in notice boards, website and social media.
6. The committee shall propose constitution of committees and bodies of teachers required to fulfill its activities.
