He is hospitality professional with over 11 years of combined industry and academic experience in food production. He currently serves as a Food Production Lecturer, specializing in both practical and theoretical training aligned with university standards. Dr. Bhaskar Mishra is an Assistant Professor with an interdisciplinary academic and professional background encompassing Electronics and Communication Engineering, visual communication, and photographic practice. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and began his academic career teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the discipline.
Alongside his teaching career, he worked as a freelance product photographer, developing practical expertise in visual storytelling, digital imagery, and commercial visual communication. He later earned a PhD in Visual Communication, where his research focused on internet memes as contemporary visual communication tools for raising social awareness, with a particular emphasis on mental health issues.
Dr. Mishra has over a decade of teaching experience in higher education and has published in peer-reviewed journals, contributed book chapters, and presented his research at national and international conferences. His academic research interests lie at the intersection of engineering, design thinking, digital media, and emerging visual cultures.
Mr. Mahendra Kumar Sharma is an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a strong academic foundation in control and instrumentation systems. He holds a Master of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering (Control and Instrumentation) and a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Alongside academia, he brings two years of industry experience, enabling him to bridge theoretical concepts with practical applications in teaching and research.
His technical expertise includes control systems, power systems, electrical machines, signal and systems, measurement and instrumentation, and digital electronics. Mr. Sharma has hands-on experience with simulation and design tools such as COMSOL Multiphysics, ANSYS, and LTspice, and has worked on projects related to regenerative braking systems for electric vehicles and energy auditing. He has participated in several workshops, faculty development programs, and technical training initiatives, and has qualified the GATE examination multiple times. His academic interests focus on electric vehicles, smart grids, control systems, and sustainable energy technologies.
Mr. Sandeep S. Gaikwad is an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with over fifteen years of academic and industry experience. He holds a Master’s degree in Power Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, and has cleared the PhD entrance test, with doctoral admission underway. His professional journey includes teaching at diploma and undergraduate levels, academic administration, and industry exposure through substation operations and energy auditing.
Mr. Gaikwad has extensive experience teaching core electrical engineering subjects such as power systems, electrical machines, renewable energy systems, high voltage engineering, electrical vehicles, and energy auditing. He has actively contributed to institutional development through roles related to NAAC, NBA, internships, examinations, and training coordination. His research interests include distributed generation, renewable energy, power quality, and energy conservation. He has published and presented research papers in national and international journals and conferences and regularly participates in faculty development programs to stay aligned with emerging technologies in electrical engineering.
Mr. Samrat Chakraborty is an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with over three years of teaching and research experience in higher education. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology Arunachal Pradesh, specializing in self-excited induction generators, and holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Tripura University (A Central University) along with a Bachelor’s degree from MAKAUT, WB in the same discipline. His academic interests focus on renewable energy systems, power quality, induction generators, micro-hydro power plants, and intelligent control techniques.
Mr. Chakraborty has published research in reputed peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to studies addressing voltage and frequency regulation, reactive power control, and hybrid renewable energy systems. He is actively involved in teaching undergraduate courses, curriculum development, and mentoring students, with a strong emphasis on experimental analysis and applied research. His work reflects a commitment to advancing sustainable energy technologies through both academic research and classroom engagement.
Dr. Aboo Bakar Khan is an Assistant Professor in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a strong academic and research background in microelectronic circuits and renewable energy technologies. He earned his PhD in Microelectronic Circuits and Systems and brings over six years of experience in teaching, research, and academic mentorship at the higher education level.
His research spans semiconductor device physics and modelling, nanoelectronics, analog and digital VLSI design, RF and mixed-signal circuits, IC fabrication technologies, and solar photovoltaic systems. Dr. Khan has authored numerous publications in SCI, ESCI, and Scopus-indexed journals and has presented his findings at both national and international conferences. His work bridges theoretical concepts with simulation-driven analysis and practical engineering applications.

Dr. Smita Gambhire is an accomplished academic with over 21 years of teaching and research experience in computer science. Currently serving as Associate Professor(CS/IT Dept) at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Navi Mumbai, she has also been associated with Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to Be University, Pune) since 2004. She holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science, focusing on employee performance prediction through data analytics. Her expertise spans database management systems, web development, data analysis, and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau. Dr. Gambhire has authored books, published numerous research papers in Scopus, Web of science and UGC Care journals, and holds a patent in AI-driven HR systems. Recognized with awards including “Most Influential Professor” (2025) and “Best Teacher” (2022), she is deeply committed to innovative teaching practices, guiding over 200 student projects, and delivering keynote lectures and workshops that bridge academia with industry trends.
I am an Associate Professor with expertise in TOC, AIML, Compiler Design, and Mobile Computing at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University, Panvel, Navi Mumbai in the department of CSE AIML. I hold a Ph.D. degree in AI/DS from S.R.K.University, Bhopal and I have over 14 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic leadership. My teaching areas include TOC, AIML, Compiler Design and Mobile Computing, wherein I focus on fostering interactive learning and critical thinking among students. Dr. Deepak Pawar is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj University (CSMU), Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. He holds a Ph.D. in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University College of Arts and Social Sciences, Osmania University, Hyderabad. His doctoral research, completed in 2024, is titled “Ageing and Film: Representation of Older Characters in Hindi Commercial Cinema.”
Dr. Pawar is a UGC-NET Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) awardee (2018) and has also qualified UGC-NET (2017) and TS/AP State Eligibility Test (2015), making him eligible for lectureship across India. He possesses a strong academic foundation supported by professional media experience and interdisciplinary research exposure.
With more than a decade of teaching and industry engagement, Dr. Pawar brings a balanced pedagogical approach that integrates media theory, research, digital competencies, and hands-on production skills. His teaching areas include journalism (reporting, editing, and news writing), communication theory, advertising, public relations, media ethics and law, development communication, media management, research methodology, cultural and media studies, along with advanced courses in broadcast media and new media.
On the practical front, he has extensive experience teaching and mentoring students in filmmaking, television production, photography, video editing, radio production, print media, social media, and digital content creation.
