Functions of the CSMU Cultural Committee:
- The Cultural Committee shall prepare and display an annual program calendar, approved by the competent authority.
- The Committee members shall actively recruit student member and elect enthusiastic student members in-charge for various different cultural activities. The lists of student members with contact details shall be displayed in all Departments.
- The committee shall meet at least once in a month to plan and execute the scheduled activities.
- The committee shall propose requirement and budget to the University well in advance of the scheduled activity.
- The committee shall display and circulate the detail of upcoming programs in notice boards, website and social media.
- The committee shall propose constitution of committees and bodies of teachers required to fulfill its activities.
